Admin Manager - Facility (Based in Kuching Sarawak)

Job : ADMIN MANAGER - FACILITY Company: HMN Group of Companies Location: Kuching Salary : RM4000 - RM4500 Type: Permanent Industry: Construction Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm) Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, ETC. REQUIREMENTS -Must have Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing or related -Must have 2 years of proven track in Facility Management -Based in Kuching OTHERS/ADVANTAGES -Excellent organizational skills, priorities and goal setting -Excellent in customer relationship management -Strong proficiency in Office Tools RESPONSIBILITIES -To Prepare and review timely asset management reports -To ensure/minimize deduction project -To manage documents regarding projects -To make sure ageing is not more than 10% for 60 days -Prepare contracts, tenders, agreements and other relevant documentation as required -To ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry code -To do analysis data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions -Identify and build long term relationship with potential clients/supplier, and the decision makers within the client organization -To manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that cover sales, revenue and expense control -To identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, product and services -To examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities -Meeting planned sales goals & KPIs -Overseeing the activities and performance of the team Interested applicant can send resume to [email protected] (Kindly stated position applying in the subject).
