• Support customer for house moving especially for expatriate relocation to Singapore from Japan or transfer out to home country or elsewhere.
• Coordinating the movements of goods, monitoring the packing activity, the arrangement of transportation and any other matters that related to.
• Prepare the quotation, job order, packing details and invoice to the clients.
• Perform confirmation or sending related shipping documents with overseas Company.
• Good personal relations with the clients for moving planning and ensures clients goods and property safely are arrived at the destination.
• Responsible to forwarding related matters in order to meet the Customer demands.
• Not necessary to bring customers' goods by yourself. You'll be in charge of communication with customers and arrangement.
- Good at both of Japanese and English.
- Japanese level : N2 - at least 2 years Working experience of sales or customer support related position.
