CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Looking for telemarketer Supervisor (To be based in Singapore)
1. Responsible for the daily management of the customer service operation team.
2. To plan, strategies and implement all telemarketing activities and lead team in a timely and effective manners.
3. To achieve a minimum qualified appointments per month for the team.
4. To carry out other duties and functions required by Management from time to time.
1. Basic IT knowledge
2. At least 1-year experience in related field
3. Energetic, Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Independent and have self-discipline.
5. Candidate must have an experience in leading team
6. Can handle English and Mandarin clients – to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
7. Hardworking and willing to stay late if necessary, to complete assign tasks.
