This is original pulled BGA SSD controller ASIC chip for rugged / industrial / military grade BiTMICRO solid state drive. Chip removed from working SSD. ⚠️ Important Notes: 1. This is an old specialty SSD main controller, NOT for normal consumer PC SSD. 2. Sold as IC chip only, NO firmware, NO schematic, NO datasheet. 3. BGA rework skill & equipment required for installation. 4. Sold as-is, no return, no warranty. Suitable only for professional SSD repair/hobbyist.
