Product is not what is described. Bought a Thai latex mattress for $85 but was given a cheap foam mattress that has a toxic chemical smell. That I am unable to use for my baby.
Thailand Imported Latex Mattress Topper 5cm 1350mm x 1900mm
S$90
Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the product. The item was purchased from Taobao as stated in the listing and listing info is based on the product information provided by the Taobao seller. As discussed, I also shared the seller’s certification relating to the authenticity of the latex topper. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, I have offered to provide a full refund for the item, excluding the delivery fee with no response from the buyer.
Very easy to communicate with and a very accommodating seller! Highly recommended!
