Beware of this buyer. Made faulty claim towards item received well at first. After driver went off, she started to claim this & that damaged. Well,good luck to the next seller.
Seller concealed damaged item. My father has mental issue (dementia) and rejected item. I apologized and paid for delivery within an hour. Seller let me know their driver was angry and likely caused the damage. Seller said check so l did and saw no major damage, after item was left I started to move and noticed there was a plastic piece covering broken area. When I contacted seller they refused to fix bc item was rejected once. Seller is ok with driver breaking item for delivery. No help.

Beware of this buyer, many issues arised before item delivered & finally the item sent to her, she claimed all GOOD. After driver went off she claimed item have damages. If damaged, why didnt she rejected the item but still gave us good review. Well she did it bcos Carousell have rejected her faulty claim to us. Good luck to next seller.
