This seller asked for a COD arrgt, and one day's notice prior to meet up. I set the appt many days prior, clearly stating the time and place. It was 10.10 am at Subang Parade near the Maybank ATM. Very clearly stated. At 10.16 am seller texted she " baru nak gerak". Later she said , can I meet her by the roadside, outside. when I said better to meet inside, she said I was rude!
