Similar to first review, had a negative experience. Made an offer, cancelled, then made an offer again in the middle of the night. I accepted and we arranged to make a deal. However after we arranged to deal, this person said they are busy despite me making accommodations, and then ghosted. Comes across as fickle-minded, indecisive and insincere. Potential sellers beware of this person.
