1. not dealing with her anymore as she SIMPLY tuduh i sell the fake product. the color is brown/yellow due to new reformulation (check my page for more info) 2. u expected me to reply you at that time? Bullshit. She knew the product dah rosak tak boleh pakai tapi still nak jual. Benda nak pakai dkt muka kalau dah tak elok tak payah lah jual takkan tak boleh fikir. I bought for nothing sia2 je. Let me tell u something. Kalau betul u beli brg tu dari hermo, boleh kot buat report minta refund ke ganti baru, Hermo akan ganti. Dah tau barang tu dah rosak tak boleh pakai texture colour dah berubah pergi jual balik gila ke. Baju kalau rosak boleh ganti balik tapi muka kalau rosak nak ganti cemana.
