It was a pleasant experience. The buyer asked direct questions, was responsive and kept the whole process smooth.
Good communication throughout. Only thing was that the item was in a pretty dirty/stained condition. Not mentioned in the description.
Hi thanks for your feedback. You had a photo of the item and had the chance to view it in person before you acquired it. Also we provided instructions for how you could remove the cover and wash easily in the washing machine. Nonetheless hope the item is providing to be useful to you.
