Sold her a product that was working absolutely fine but then she claimed it wasn’t charging, refused to take it into a store to have it checked and just demanded a full refund. When she finally agreed to take it into the store she just left me negative feedback saying I sold her a faulty product. Sellers beware you may be getting negative feedback for no reason!
I have never accepted your suggestion but if you refused to refund with me, what can I do? I feel like being cheated for a few hundreds. Why should I bring the product to the store by myself? Isn't it your responsibility to make sure that you are selling a functional product? Because of this poor experience, i will never buy any second handed machinery again as i cannot get any guarantee from the online sellers. And they may lie to you with the nonsense explanation.
