Book arrived in good condition, but it was marked COD despite full payment for the item and shipping. The amount also appeared to be intentionally covered in the shipping update, which was disappointing and alarming. Currently awaiting a refund with no response yet.

Usually, I'd account for travel/gas, hence the excess in SF. My apologies for neglecting to include those details earlier. I have already issued a refund for the excess
