it was initially okay with a quick deal. she paid promptly and i mailed promptly. but she asked for a refund as it wasnt her size but i have already included the measurements in my post so i feel that its not my responsibility for that. i apologised but she left me on seen and immediately left me a review. i feel that it could have been resolved better w more communication
