This seller takes 0 responsiblity when the Blackpods he sells doesn't work. Expect people to travel so far to his office for an exchange. Doesn't want to offer any refunds when I said, I don't want to travel far to his office during a pandemic. I had to contact carousell to be able to leave this review as he was smart enough to not accept the offer Chat history: https://imgur.com/a/aPPbOSq
⚠️ Warning, product is a potential fire hazzard🔻 When I first got it, the Blackpods was faulty, seller replaced the unit. However, when I leave the replacement unit to charge for about 30mins, I found that it became abnormally hot. I quickly turn off the power, luckily the battery inside didn't catch on fire. But it isn't working anymore. chat history: http://imgur.com/a/oNthwd6
We have agreed during the exchange that it would be a one-off goodwill exchange and urged you to check and make sure that all is good. We part only after you are pleased with the item. Also we did remind you that over-charging is not recommended (It's the same for any other electronic devices). We are sorry to hear that, still, Thank you for your review.
