Follow-up review

Buyer complained because there were signs of usage on the item. I offered to retrieve the item and reimburse the full cost + shipping but she refused. Moving forward, i suggest for buyer to manage her expectations or ask questions proactively before deciding to buy second hand items.

The signs of usage are one thing, but having actual holes is different. It was listed as “lightly used,” but it already had two noticeable holes. If I had more time that day, I would’ve returned it, but we were leaving in just 2 hours, so I had no choice but to use it for my hike. Unfortunately, the holes got bigger after using it. I usually buy preloved branded items to save money, so I’m disappointed. It felt like a disposable item since I could only use it once.
