The diffuser came with US plug and adapter. Wish that was explicitly mentioned in the ad or by seller beforehand. Also, the free bottle of lemon essential oil that it came with was only 1/4 full. However, appreciate the seller replacing with a new bottle of essential oil and offering to give refund for the diffuser if we wanted to return it.

Seller commented I did not do my own “research”. I expect sellers should be listing all the product details in the description instead of having to look it up on my own. I have bought other diffusers from different sellers and non had this similar issue. Definitely should have stated it in the description. Don’t think I have high expectations, just want to receive the product as described.

TOXIC BUYER, RED FLAG! Your items are received in good condition plus free gifts. Free gift is well compensated with new EO after she reported one of oil is dried out. YL country of origin is from US, so what do you expect? Plus given with FREE adapter as well. This product has been in Malaysia more than 3 years people had no issue instead she is barking at me for lack of info of US plug. HELLO, kalau lack info, tanya la boleh tak tengok gambar barang? Tu pun nk kena cakap? Such a low EQ..
