Bogus. I settled the payment last March 25 and we both agreed she'd ship out on the same day, but I haven't heard anything from her on that day. I followed up multiple times, pero puro seen lang. Nag-reply lang nung nag-threaten na akong mag-report, pero wala pa rin yung item sa akin until now. The least thing that you can do if you can no longer comply with the agreement is issue a refund.
