Had amazing chat with buyer who’s sincere and decisive. Happy to deal with.
Easygoing buyer
friendly buyer, smooth deal, prompt payment. thank you for making a trip to collect from me. :)
Buyer was decisive, but then, after item sent to his place, received a call to say that the baby chair table insert was not there. Keep insist that when he received the item the table is already not there. After much fuss, finally the table is found. His maid took it. Would be good if he can check before accusing me of not giving him his item. Otherwise, decisive buyer.
I understand its a mistake but not an accusation! I was not assertive/adamant that table is not there but politely asked to re-check. Accusation is when I am not open to hear out and pretty sure its deliberate. Kindly note I did apologize as well for misunderstanding. I did not accusse to pay back / compensate or take back stuff and actually resolved it in 5 mins after seller confirmed it was sent. If in 5 mins its accusation and you get strained to recheck then this is a part of selling stuff.
