Sold a fully charged and working machine that was checked and accepted in person. He claimed machine not chargeable after and wanted a refund. I spent an hour helping him diagnose charging issue yet he still insisted it's bad. Since it was functional and accepted when sold, I followed terms of agreement and did not issue a refund given it could have been damaged in his possession using a faulty charger.
Responsive and friendly seller. Was willing to meet at short notice. Nice lens as described. Thanks for the prompt meet up.
