SENT ME EYESHADOW PALETTE W/O BUBBLE WRAPS! SERIOUSLY??? SHE PROMISED TO REFUND (for the nth time) AS THE PALETTE DELIVERED HAS DAMAGE (what do you expect if it was poorly packed?) BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. I SHIPPED THE ITEM BACK TO HER BUT I PUT IT ON HOLD, WHY? AFTER PROVIDING THE TRACKING #, THERE WAS NO UPDATE, NOT EVEN RESPONSES TO PM, CALLS, AND TEXT MESSAGES. WHAT A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!
