Hinihingi ko po ang refund, kahit konti para sa dalawang gitara na binili ko. Parehong sira ang Tuning keys. Nalaman ko lang nung papalitan ng strings, malutong at may basaga na. Sabi nyo brand new. Yung Isa naman walang sira. Bumili ako ng dalawang set ng tuning keys. Hindi na po kayo nakikipag-usap. Puro lang po pangako. Paki naman. Pabili lang sa akin yun.
