Seller did not respond after being MIA on our agreed COD time and location. I called but it was never picked up and the seller sent 2 SMS saying she can't meet apparently due to "car broke down" and "phone ran out of credit". Seller then suggested postage instead of COD when I was already at the meet up place. No more responses after that. Multiple red flags.
