Irresponsible buyer who didn't turn up for transaction or reply until 2 weeks later. Agreed on a timing and on actual day she wanted to change the timing. Fitted my schedule to the timing she wanted and asked her not to be late. She was unhappy with my tone of 'don't be late' and cancelled the deal just like that. Be careful when you deal with her, need TLC when talking and may not turn up!
