Buyer said i meant to sell broken things. For a $20 second hand product which I tested before courier, I don’t think it is necessary to keep any evidence to prove it is working. while I didn’t accuse if it is broken during the shipment or anything he do off the camera may harm the product. At the moment I am still offering a refund for him. But he ends the conversation said it wasting his time.
This buyer keeps bargaining and unfortunately I accepted. He said that the fan isn’t working when he received it via courier. I do respond and try to fix the problem. But he threat to give 1 star comment argue the courier fee and received a not working product which the shipment is both agreed. I finish the promise that send him by SF in days.
