Did not assess her rating prior accept offer. Explained my policy: no COD & min.50% depo. to meet-up as have been duped b4.Buyer MIA & I saw her DEAD BUYER ratings. I think I'm a fair seller (at times I'm also buyer). I stated if actual not as described: I will extend 1.FULL amt in CASH + 2.ADD. 50% VOI. MOST IRRESPONSIBLE BUYER EVER. WENT TO MEET HER, SHE LOOKED AT THE ITEM THEN SAID OH IM NOT GETTING ANYMORE CUZ I CANT FIT but she hasn't even tried and I measured the waist for her and we confirmed the meet up.
