It was an unpleasant experience. Extremely irresponsible buyer. Deal with caution. Very fussy and demanding from the start. Lowballer, kept pushing to reduce the rental fee and deposit despite receiving free add-ons. + 0 consideration for requesting me to arrange lalamove and asked to cancel after the rider has arrived. Last but not least, entitled behaviour.
Akak yg offer awal2 cakap bole kasi itu ini then nak charge lebih, deposit pun dia yang kasi rendah bila ada problem terus nk blame others, Jumpa kat padang mahsyar ye akak RM20 pun nk curi hamak sangat “I have work to do” is not an excuse to be rude or neglect an urgent order. Running a business requires time, communication, accountability not just expecting customers to accommodate you.
