BEWARE! CHEATED & SCAMMED! Seller sold Invalid Express pass tickets which caused a traumatic experience to me and my family on the day of use. Upon following up the seller did an unfair refund and MADE PROFIT OUT OF MY VERY UNFORTUNATE SITUATION. She argues she refunded me as agreed (which I disputed as soon as I realized I had been cheated) and that she did it out of Goodwill. Review continues-

UNTRUE review and deliberately misconstrued. The ticket was sold for $460, discounted from $565. Express pass issue was an unfortunate situation due to the PLATFORM's ERROR. I actively liaise with both party for a resolution. Buyer demanded a refund based on the $565 price, not the $460 she paid for. Despite explaining the refund should match the discounted price, she was unreceptive and stubborn, making threats and demands. I still refunded the fair amount which led to this unfair review.
