Delivery very slow/delayed. The Christmas tree and the ornaments are very old and worn out. Like used products. They also sent the wrong decoration theme for the tree when I specifically ordered silver theme. After which they told me that I did not mention and that I did not top up money to select the silver theme. Which they did not even inform me to begin with. Seller NOT recommended at all!!

Quality of foam did not look like it was of high quality density foam and imported from Germany as claimed. Looked more like a Chinese factory product meant for lower end baby cots. At least it didn't sink all the way in when sitting on it. Sori for the not so positive but frank feedback.
