I had to return both items, which were claimed to be 100% authentic.. I also had to spend money on return shipping-money I could have instead put toward purchasing an authentic item from a more reliable store. Anyway, the only consolation was that the refund was processed quickly. So thank you

Anong wala proof po? Paulit ulit ko na nga inexplain ayaw mo lng tlgang iacknowledge nahuli ka QR ng tory mo sis napupunta sa wechat app hindi sa official website and amoy all sorts of chemicals pa. Longchamp mo din sis, hindi tugma ang serial code sa packaging and the stitching alone was enough to give it away Nxt time, pls respect buyers’ time and be transparent about authenticity.

Both items are authentic sis. Napa legit check na po sa legit grails, sold na din sila ulet swerte nakabili kasi may authenticity certification pa.♥️ Di lang nameet standards mo, una ayaw mo size, papalit palit ng items, grabe hassle ginawa mo sa akin.nakailang paship ako sayo, mabilis nag refund kahit wala ka proof of claims na di authentic yung items. Baka nga ginamit mo muna mga items ko before mo ireturn.🥲 tagal mo magparefund.

Told this seller I would like to return the item, never responded here. Sent a message at her ig account @luxbymishy and told her I wasn't satisfied with the item which according to her own return policy is accepted, but never got a response to accommodate my concern, was literally just left on seen lol very unprofessional. Buy at your own risk.
