Extremely fussy buyer. Asked for many photos/questions and repeatedly bargained. I lowered the price, gave free shipping, and provided photos of the sandals’ condition which is still in good condition. A week later, she requested a refund due to being hospitalised, despite my no-refund policy, then changed from requesting a full refund to a partial refund. She also wanted a refund without returning the item. Very difficult and inconsistent transaction. Sellers, please take note.
