Case fitting is alright although there are protruding raised face on one corner. Tempered glass screen protection is not ideal not satisfactory as it doesn't adhere 100% to the iphone surface. Quality is average and passable.
Sorry for that. I'm using it myself and other customers got no issue with the cover and tempered screen protector. So, i do not know how you paste it or what happened with it. Screen protector will stick 100% and fits perfectly to your iphone if there's no mistake putting the screen protector. :)
