Follow-up review
Seller did not package item securely before mailing and item arrived in pieces, with most of it missing. They also refused to refund (despite agreeing to initially) and deferred all responsibility to SingPost and myself, not wanting to come to a compromise. They also ghosted and ignored my messages when I asked about refunds.
i nvr agreed to refund n i did not blame anything on singpost if u read clearly? the package was sealed tightly at first i checked every inch of it n i do not hv any other bags or wtv to put it in so this was the most secure way to put it
