I postponed the transaction once in advance with unpredictable personal reason. I apologised and gave you down payment to show my sincerity. It would be unfair to say that I keep delaying transaction! Besides, I agree to be half an hour late and I am sorry about it. But you can't say I'm an hour late because you arrived 30 minutes earlier.
