Smart to bargain Was a little late - I'm complimenting that you have the smarts to negotiate a deal. - I'm not wrong in saying you're a little late. Thus overall feedback, neutral. But you gave me negative simply because I didn't give you a positive.

As what i told you , i will be a bit late and if I don't charge you, not fair for the lady who I charge $5 when we meet at bishan. Please understand that transport need money and look at my profile. It stated that if you want to meet other places then stated on my profile, you have to pay extra. I give you a negative is because I have told you that I will be late and I also say to meet you at the gantry but you are not there . So I need to tap out and wait for you outside.
