[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is untrue to description.

Seller did not mention in his listing that item is defected. I only found out when I went to his tele channel to find the vid condition. The pc is heavily scratched but he never informed me. Item is not with me yet, I also didn’t receive any updates about when he plans to mail it out. Give me a full refund or I’ll have to publicise your channel and username everywhere and report you to Carousell.

Follow-up review

seller has refunded, but I’ll have to be honest about the fact that it only happened after I escalated to Carousell and after over 2 weeks of following up.

A seller that is knowledgeable from the very start. Trustworthy and very patient. Item came in perfectly normal condition despite seller being afraid that there may be defects. Understanding and awesome seller who explains well too. Definitely recommend 💯 and will consider for future transactions!!

BEWARE of this seller as he sells defected pcs without even so much as warning you about it. he puts his tele on his listings but doesn’t say to ask for vid condi before buying, only presents it as an option. recommend not to buy from him at all but if you have to, make sure to get a thorough vid condi showing all parts of the item as he’s DISHONEST so he may even try to cover up some defects

Follow-up review

refused to give me a partial refund when i told him about the defect, even tho he admitted it was his fault for not warning me, and that he knew it was defected from the very start. if he presents the item as having no issue at all, it’s not on me to be suspicious and ask for vid condi when he didn’t give me any reason to. but lesson learned - there are bad people out there. pls don’t deal w him
