Very prompt reply n glad to get a room in hard rock even though it’s 1 day notice. Fast n no hassle deal :) highly recommended!! Only the hard room room wasn’t what we expected, no sofa n room look very plain n normal . Overall we still enjoy the swim in hard rock hotel
