Accepted offer but didn’t honour the sale. Did not inform us on not buying the product. Till we followed up and asked, then told us that she decided not to buy it. Made us waste alot of time.
apologised on my end but still left a bad review. not understanding of my situation at all and immediately jumped into conclusion
