Absolute waste of time. Lowballed the agreed price, made zero effort to arrange the COD, and then ghosted for a whole day only to casually back out with 'over budget' because postage didn't fit their unrealistic expectations. Zero commitment, zero manners. Avoid dealing with this buyer at all costs!
