18 days in and I still haven't receive my item. Apparently seller is taking her own sweet time to send the item or worst still, didn't even send it at all. After transaction was made, no words or details were given have to constantly message and remind her. I believe domestic local mailing shouldn't take this long to arrive. Could have been an easy deal since it's a small and affordable item but seller chose to be difficult. Seller went missing now. Counting the days in and still waiting

The item was listed as brand new and had a protective film in the pictures. When I received the item, it was severely scratched and the film was missing. Seller insisted item was new even after I sent pictures. After a MONTH of waiting, she told me she was unwilling to give a discount as it was NEW. Don't understand how you can expect full price for something in such bad shape. Seller is also massively slow with replies. This transaction took >3 months. Massive waste of time and I feel cheated.
