First time going to JB via train. Really amazed that this works! Managed to get to and fro on national day! Highly recommend. Customer service is fast and kind enough to guide me through how to cross the customs!

I think this is a total scam. I recommend not to purchase tickets from this seller. they are a new service too. there are more reputable ticket snatching services out in the market.

Hi, very sorry for the poor experience :( If there was any questions about how to get the ticket, we can always chat to assist you! Will you share your BunnyBooker account username for us to check? From my understanding, you made no enquiries and immediately made an offer to leave a bad review with this throwaway carousell account. We would love to understand what could have caused this. Thank you.
