TLDR: irresponsible buyer, deal at your own risk. buyer backed out without response. unfortunate as i was looking forward to this deal with a buyer who seemed sincere and kind on text. was online when i prompted her but don’t want to respond, and unwilling to make compromises. highly unrecommended
