Horrible buyer to deal with , bad attitude and untrustworthy. Have miss used the item wrongly and claimed for a full refund. Dishonest! I have already reported his behavior buyers and sellers beware ‼️ do not deal with him

You said the item is new??? Then unused?? But its not working!!!! I open it, inside got burnt!!! You sell faulty item!! You are not honest and cheat us!!! You promise to refund if it wont work, but you only refund 80%.

1st attempt some hiccup. Eric kept to his promise of 6 months' warranty. 2nd attempt at repair, FOC. So far a few weeks has passed and all goes well! Thank you Eric, for a wonderful job!

My very old Harman Kardon power amp was outputting DC voltage on the speaker terminals which was a sure way to burn my speakers. It’s a good thing I ran across Eric’s account. I’m very happy with his repair. It’s working better than I expected. What’s best is that he did it in such a short time too! I’m definitely contemplating recapping now!
