賣家在賣出球鞋前沒檢查是否有脫膠或是損壞情況，等買家收到貨後馬上(一小時內)跟賣家反映，賣家說明在之前的照片中沒有脫膠或是損壞，要買家自行負責處理，請之後的買家一定要注意商品情況，不要像我商品損壞反映無用。

這件外套洗一次就變成圖片這樣，看起來是放太久的原因，內裡都脆化。跟賣家告知狀況也沒有求償的意思，竟回覆說我不好好保養，這件衣服很貴。後續沒有處理，還推卸責任，實在無語。出貨快沒有錯，但是這樣的售後不敢恭維。
