Once I received the item did I realise it was fake I bought the kat von d monarch palette it has a sticker in the back things just do not add up, not once was it stated as a fake. Also took $30 from me for it. I've asked for a refund will see if I am issued it or not to take further steps UPDATE: returned the palette and got no refund from her 👌🏽 now I’m filing a report against her to acorn, the police, PayPal and australia post and also to this app itself. You got the product back 😏 liar
This was sorted through PayPal. And the reason why you didn’t get the refund was because you made a claim that it was fake so that you could keep the product and also get a return from PayPal.
