Item was in a very bad condition. Should improve packaging or refund the buyer since item received is a total lost instead of do nothing about it.

Dear, I've already apologize for my mistake and gave you a rebate for free shipping for your next purchase. I did all I can. No one wants that to happened. The parcel was pack with a bubble wrap plastic already but it still did break. I've already done what I can. But if you're still not satisfied with it then I'm sorry I can't help any further. I hope you understand my situation.
