Meet up timing was at 4pm @ adm mrt. However, at 3.55pm, called the buyer and she told me she was still at Phoenix lrt. Felt that buyer should have informed me much earlier that she was not able to make it on time so that I wouldn't have spent 40mins just waiting for her. However, she apologised hence a neutral feedback left. Other buyers/sellers should ensure that she is otw or reaching the meet up point to prevent such circumstances from happening.
