Buyer kept messaging to ask about items. Everyone has a job and not on the phone all the time. Kept my items in another storage area had to check before getting back to you. offered a refund which you took but despite taking you still chose to post a neutral review even despite that. Tried to be nice but people take advantage.

Being nice by keeping buyer hanging in the air? You could have let me know you will not be able to send out item out for a week when you asked for payment but you didn't. I had to keep asking for an update because there were no replies for days. An interim update asking for more time will be responsible and NICE. Anyway, after waiting for a week, seller informed that she could not locate the item. What a waste of my time.
