Made offers on 2 items and got declined for one of them so I changed my mind on the other. Seller gives me negative feedback 3 months later.

You should not have made an offer if you were not sure. And if you changed your mind - you could have also let me know instead of not responding. I definitely admit my delay in response but it doesn't change the fact that you backed out on an offer by not responding
