buyer claimed she had no budget but agreed to give her a disc. instead of messaging me about any concern, she left a bad review without giving me the chance to resolve it. i offer refunds for unopened items. She has issues, she can purchase from sephora, ulta, amazon, official flagship stores, or rustans. poor communication—please transact with caution with this buyer. Not a smooth transaction.

Received the product today in good condition as advertised. Seller was easy to talk to and accommodating to requests. I asked for photos of the book to show some pages but gave a video instead. Although it was highlighted, it was clean and I could feel how used the book really was but in a good way (being a law student and a bar reviewer I assume). And did I mention the book smelled so good?
