I understand the policy of being not responsible for lost normal mail. But in my case, the seller wrote wrong block. Aside from that, the rest were written correct.sent a photo saying that was "mailed already", and i noticed the wrong block was wrong. And it seems that she doesnt care about the parcel when i follow up the item..I hope this new seller will write properly the blocks. BAD EXPERIENCED

if she were to tell me the address was wrong i could have go back to the post office ON THE SAME DAY to do something about it. SHE ONLY NOTICED THE BLK WAS WRONG 4-5 DAYS LATER. does it even make sense. she was the one who ask me to wait a few more days. not like what she said โ i didnt care to do anythingโ and also what can i do right after so many days. when i ask why she tell me days later, she raged and say she was packing. like how i know she is packing? i was only responsible to mail thing
